A treasure that is revealed dawn after dawn

Dawn, “nea” in Sardinian, is the joy of renewal in the early hours of the morning. And the villas at Is Molas have been conceived so you can watch the sun as it rises from their terraces.

The Nea villa features 3 structures of different sizes and functions. They are arranged around a central space which is covered by a terrace that is designed to bring together the different parts of the villa. This central part is fully glazed so not only can you admire the surrounding countryside, but you can also access all the other rooms in the villa from a single focal point, the pivot of the whole villa. On the ground floor is the living area with a spacious dining room with kitchen and lounge, one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an office.

On the first floor, which can also be reached by an outside staircase, is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms look onto the large, irregularly-shaped terrace which connects the various structures and has a relaxation and reading area with seating set in the stone, where guests can enjoy the surrounding landscape.
