In the morning you can reach the snack bar "La Pergola" at the hotel, where you can start the day enjoying a rich breakfast sitting in the shade of the outdoor pergola by the pool, in the full atmosphere of Is Molas Resort.

After breakfast and after taking an exploratory walk inside the 500 hectares of the Resort, to admire the breathtaking view of the sea and the Nora tower from above or enjoy the view of the golf courses, it is time to relax with one of the our wellness offers included in the “5 sense” package. You can choose between the different relaxing massage proposals with our Natked professionals.

After a nice relaxing massage or after doing pilates by the pool, we will take you to discover other aromas and flavors of our beloved island, those of the wines of Sardinia, where you can taste and smell all the aromas of the fine and renowned Sardinian wines.
